Seeking a highly motivated and experienced licensed Real Estate Agent, Referral Only Agent, or Property Manager to join our team. This is a paid by COMMISSION ONLY starting with 75% of selling or buying side to the Agent which is typically 4.5% to 6% on sales and 5% to 10% on monthly management fees. As an Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth transactions for your clients. We can use Zoom then meet in-person to review your skills, sales/management history, marketing plan, and discuss the requirements of the position.

Seeking all types of professionals to work on real estate and housing tenants or participants:  painter, artist, designer, electrician, garden or landscaper, stager, handymen, loan officer, mortgage broker, plumber, roofer, contractor, attorney, HVAC technician, architect, case manager, therapist, social worker, etc.

Pay:  $500 Finder's Fee
